A wave of extreme cold and frost is reported throughout Lebanon leaving more than half of the population without heating or electricity thanks to the bravery and conscience of the Lebanese Politicians.

As usual Arabs have failed anew in the Lebanese quagmire. Last December the French failed as well. Today, Lebanon faces either war or an international solution which can only succeed if an only if Hezbollah agrees to disarm peacefully; which is an impossibility.

Meanwhile, Observers are reporting that Iran and Syria do not want to see a breakthrough in the Lebanon politics while US President G.W. Bush is in the region.
