US Under Secretary of State David Welsh expects a Historic Day for Lebanon Tomorrow.

The US, France and the UK are studying a scenario to appoint a President with a simple Majority of 1 vote which may lead to a major escalation in the Lebanon because the constitution requires 2/3 of the Parliamentarians to be present during the first round of elections.

Meanwhile, French President Nicolas Sarkozi had warned that tomorrow is the last chance the Lebanese have to appoint a President!

France refuses to have Michel Aoun negotiating on behalf of the Minority.

General Nabil Karaa has been appointed Director of Operations in the Army replacing the Late Francois Hajj who was killed last week.
