US Jewish Journalist Simon Hersh accuses Former US Vice-President Dick Cheney for ordering the killings of Warlord Elie Hobeika and Former PM Rafiq Hariri.

Lebanese Minister of Defense Elias Murr affirms that he can only accept the weapons of the Lebanese Army within the Lebanon and any other weapon can be discussed in a National Dialogue. The Problem ya Mr. Murr is that this non-Army weapon has been subject to discussions since 1975. First it was the Balestinian weapon and then Hezbolla's weapon and nothing gets resolved.
